GlassHouse Technologies (www.glasshouse.com) is seeking dynamic individuals who enjoy working in a team atmosphere and interacting with clients for its Consultant Training Program. Associate Consultant roles within the program are part of our North America Consulting Practice and are based in Framingham, MA.
Associate Consultants will participate in an intensive training program designed to build the technical and business skills necessary for a successful career in IT and infrastructure consulting.

Working closely with GlassHouse’s seasoned consultants, you will deliver services to Fortune 1000 clients.   Associate Consultants develop hands-on experience within leading technologies and infrastructure vendor products including Dell, EMC, Hitachi, Microsoft, Symantec/Veritas, and VMWARE.  Additionally, Associate Consultants will develop subject matter expertise in one or several areas including, storage, backup, data center, virtualization and
SAN/NAS solutions.

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Strong academic record
• Ability to travel up to 100%

Preferred Candidates will also demonstrate these additional qualifications:

• Experience in professional services, hands-on technical implementations, field support engineering or help desk environments.
• Previous IT Systems experience including UNIX, LINUX, Solaris and or Windows Servers including virtualization, data centers (networks, support centers), or storage systems (backup, recovery, HDS, EMC, Symantec).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team player with experience working within team environments.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure highest level of client service and customer satisfaction.
• Leverage classroom and hands on training to learn infrastructure technologies and consulting engagement methodologies.
• Deliver services to clients leveraging technologies and methodologies learned.
